Anyone traveling more than 60 miles one way to Holy Cross is eligible for a travel stipend of $60 per day.

A typical work schedule will consist of five 8-hour shifts functioning administratively and providing staffing support as needed. 

As part of our nursing management team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the patient care experience.  Your Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with regulations, from Title 22 to Nurse Practice Act.

Qualifications that Ignite Success: 

• Licensure and Certification: possess a current and valid Arizona RN licensure.
• Education: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing, healthcare, business, public administration, management or related field.
• Experience: You bring 3 years of demonstrated experience in Labor and Delivery, and minimum 1 year of healthcare supervisory experience.
