Customer Service Representative

Our client, a leading organization in the customer service industry, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be an essential part of the customer support department, assisting clients and ensuring their satisfaction. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Romulus, MI

Pay Range: $20/hr.

Shift: 9AM - 5PM Monday - Friday

What's the Job?

• Interact with customers to provide information about products and services
• Handle and resolve customer complaints related to service or billing issues
• Perform activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills
• Respond to inquiries and notify customers of claim investigation results and planned adjustments
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken

• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software
