Job Description

Oversee all phases of construction projects from planning through completion. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and documentation. Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates. Identify and mitigate project risks and delays.

The Successful Applicant

Minimum of 5 years of experience managing light industrial construction projects. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam). Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong communication and negotiation abilities. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications. Experience with budgeting, cost control, and contract administration. OSHA certification or equivalent safety training preferred. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required).
