This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Day 4x10-Hour (07:00 - 17:30). On-call required with approximately 5 shifts per 8-week schedule, including weeknights, weekends, and holidays.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology Tech with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Candidates with strong skills in neuro and vascular interventional radiology are encouraged to apply, including first-time travelers with required experience.

Responsibilities

• Accurate monitoring and equipment setup.
• Preparation of access sites and maintaining a sterile field.
• Performance of vascular closure systems and various interventional procedures, including but not limited to embolization, angiography, and stent placement.
• Participation in multidisciplinary teams and floating as required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of Interventional Radiology experience required; NIR experience highly preferred.
• Preferred teaching hospital experience and Level I trauma experience.
• Certifications required: MD state license, ARRT R, BLS, ACLS.
• Skills such as venous access and management of central lines are preferred.
