Warehouse Supervisor

A leading provider of specialized products and services for controlled and critically clean environments is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations at a high-volume client manufacturing site. This is a hands-on leadership position that blends inventory oversight, people management, logistics coordination, and service excellence. Key Responsibilities

• Direct daily warehouse operations, including receiving, order fulfillment, inventory control, and logistics coordination
• Lead and coach a team of warehouse staff to meet performance goals and service expectations
• Ensure accurate stock levels through regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation
• Work closely with internal supply chain teams and external delivery partners to manage inbound and outbound flow
• Monitor team performance, manage scheduling, and ensure cross-training for maximum efficiency
• Conduct daily team briefings and monthly performance reviews with key stakeholders
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt issue resolution and proactive service
• Drive improvement initiatives using tools like 5S, lean practices, and root cause analysis
• Maintain adherence to safety standards and ensure the site is inspection-ready at all times
• Support compliance with employment regulations, company policies, and site-specific protocols

What You Bring

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in warehouse or logistics operations
• Solid understanding of inventory systems, material movement, and supply chain processes
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with ERP or WMS platforms
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Forklift certification and experience required
• Hands-on experience developing SOPs and driving best practices in warehouse operations
• Flexibility to work extended hours or travel when required
