A mid-sized general contractor established in 2017, steadily growing through word-of-mouth and repeat business. They specialize in commercial multifamily residential interiors, repositioning, and complex office buildouts.
Job Description
- Assist Project Managers with schedules, budgets, and sub coordination.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, and document control.
- Coordinate site logistics, procurement, and value engineering.
- Support in client communication and project closeout.
