Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an MRI Technologist with at least 1 year of MRI experience, BLS, and national certification for a 24-hour per week day shift assignment.

Responsibilities

• Position is in a hospital MRI department
• Day shift schedule with two 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• 24 hours per week assignment
• Potential to float within the hospital when needed
• No specific EMR experience required
• Local candidates are accepted at the travel rate
• Return as traveler allowed only if in a different specialty for former permanent employees
• Maximum of 7 days of RTO automatically approved outside of holidays; additional time off requires facility approval
• Modules must be completed prior to starting
• Two supervisor references preferred
• No radius rule applies

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of MRI technologist experience
• Current BLS certification required
• National certification required
• Valid PA license or Compact License required if applicable
• COVID and booster vaccination status required
• Background check approval required prior to offer
• SSN and date of birth required for consideration
