Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm specializing in allied health professionals, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a 13-week local travel contract in Salem, Oregon. Position Overview:
As a PTA, you will work under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality rehabilitative care, helping patients regain mobility and improve their quality of life.
Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist
• Instruct patients on proper exercises and techniques to improve movement
• Monitor and document patient progress
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to adjust therapy plans as needed
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs
• Ensure compliance with all state and facility-specific regulations

• Associate’s Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active Oregon PTA license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date)
• Current BLS certification
• Prior clinical experience preferred, new grads welcome to apply
