• Employment Type: Locum tenens (Travel nursing)
• Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00pm – 7:00am)
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks (Start: 10/27/2025 – End: 1/26/2026)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Weekend Requirement: Occasional weekends
• Electronic Health Record: Cerner
• Housing Options: Available for travel nurses
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1800-$1840

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active RN license (Arizona or compact state)
• Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg nursing experience (travel nurse experience preferred)
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS
• Healthcare experience in acute care settings
• Tele nursing experience preferred
• Ability to float to inpatient holds as needed
• Flexible, team-oriented attitude
• Scrub attire: Any color; closed-toed shoes required

Med/Surg RN Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in a 34-bed Med/Surg unit
• Monitor and manage patients with telemetry, surgical, and general medical needs
• Operate clinical equipment including Alaris pumps, SCD machines, feeding tubes, and tele monitors
• Document patient care using Cerner EHR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Float to inpatient holds as required
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients and staff
