Job Description

My client is seeking bold, curious, and innovative professionals who are ready for the career opportunity of a lifetime. As an Assistant Project Manager - Mission Critical, you'll work closely with the Project Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure project success. Key responsibilities:

• Track contracts, purchase orders, and insurance certificates
• Review and manage change orders, submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings
• Liaise with subcontractors to resolve disputes and ensure compliance
• Coordinate building permits and municipal plan revisions
• Support legal and insurance documentation with internal counsel
• Maintain project schedules, meeting minutes, and weekly video updates
• Conduct safety training (OSHA 10/30, HAZWOPER, etc.)
• Prepare close-out manuals and warranty documentation

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline

• 2+ years of Mission Critical experience or completion of a recognized project engineering program
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented and adaptable to change
• Proficient in project management software and tools
