Qualifications and Skills

Prior retail experience is highly preferred.
Jewelry industry experience is a plus.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Strong sales acumen with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Basic math skills for handling transactions.
Great attention to detail and organizational abilities.
