Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an Echo Technologist / Cardiac Sonographer with at least 2 years of experience in echo and vascular diagnostics and prior travel contract experience.

Responsibilities

• Work may be required in both the clinic and main hospital settings
• Handle both adult and pediatric cardiac cases
• Transesophageal echocardiogram (TEE) experience is utilized
• Operate with Philips and GE ultrasound equipment
• Epic is used for EMR documentation and charting
• Clinicians may have responsibilities split between outpatient clinic and the main hospital
• Must provide one supervisory reference within the past 2 years for consideration
• First-time travelers will not be considered for this position
• Returning candidates may be subject to prior employment rules per client policy

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in echo and vascular diagnostics
• Active certification in RCS or RDCS required
• Must have completed at least 1 travel contract in the past 12 months
• Pediatric case experience is encouraged
• Experience with Philips and GE ultrasound systems required
• Epic EMR experience preferred
• Active state license required if applicable
