Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of recent Telemetry experience
Must be able to read cardiac monitor strips
Willingness to float to
Med-Surg
Experience level: Telemetry & Med-Surg
Nurse-to-patient ratio (Med-Surg): 1:5
Minimum 3 years
of total RN experience preferred
Demonstrated competency in telemetry and med-surg care
Required Certifications:
BLS
– Basic Life Support (AHA)
ACLS
– Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
NIHSS
– NIH Stroke Scale
