Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is partnering with a top-tier healthcare provider in Willmar, MN to find a dedicated Travel Physical Therapist for a 26-week contract assignment. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team in a patient-centered environment while exploring one of Minnesota’s hidden gems.

Job Description:

• Provide physical therapy services to patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Conduct assessments to evaluate patient progress and modify treatments accordingly

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

• Educate patients and families on exercises and techniques to aid recovery

• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all facility protocols and regulations

Education & Certification Requirements:

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program (Doctorate or Master’s preferred)

• Current MN state license (or ability to obtain before start date)

• CPR certification (AHA or Red Cross)

• Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred, but strong new grads are welcome to apply
