Job Description

• Support the project manager in planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction activities
• Assist with subcontractor management, procurement, and site logistics
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and documentation to ensure timely delivery
• Communicate with architects, engineers, and clients to maintain alignment and resolve issues
• Conduct site visits and help ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

The Successful Applicant

• 2+ years of experience in construction, ideally within NYC residential projects
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with construction documentation, scheduling tools, and project workflows
• A proactive mindset with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-moving environment
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
