Hours: Monday - Friday, 6 AM to 2 PM
Position Responsibilities
- Operate an industrial dish machine and keep area clear of dirty dishes, pots and pans.
- Maintain cleanliness of the food preparation facility, including washing and disinfecting the kitchen area, tables, tools, dishes and floors.
- Clean all major kitchen equipment, including ovens, stovetops, grills, flat tops and deep fryer.
- Comply with established health, sanitation and personal hygiene standards.
- Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up necessary supplies and tools.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Restaurant experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask.
