Order Fulfillment Specialist

Aerotek is hiring Warehouse Flex Worker

1st shift 7am to 4pm

? Pay $17 to $19

Responsibilities

Perform general labor tasks such as cleaning, loading, unloading, picking, and packing.

Verify product details and maintain a high level of attention to detail.

Work across different areas of the facility, including metal polishing and finishing departments.

Load dies into powder coating machines and blast with aluminum oxide.

Operate a sit-down forklift to move, ship, and receive products.

Follow standardized processes with accuracy to prevent costly errors.

Cross-train in every department, including shipping & receiving, inventory control, and finishing.

Essential Skills

Ability to lift 40 pounds.

1+ year of general labor experience.

1+ year of warehouse experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

1+ year hand tool experience.

1+ year of manufacturing experience.

The finishing department, where this position is based, has recently had a state-of-the-art ventilation system installed, ensuring a comfortable and desirable workspace.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NA, Mississippi.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
