Inventory Control Specialist

Material Handler

Our client, a leader in logistics and warehousing, is seeking a Material Handler to join their team. As a Material Handler, you will be part of the logistics department supporting efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, and attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Liberty, MO

Shift: B Shift: Tuesday Friday + occasional OT 5:30pm approximately 4am; C Shift: Friday/Saturday 5:30am approximately 4pm AND Sunday/Monday 5:30pm approximately 4pm

What's the Job?

• Picking orders using an RF scan gun
• Packing orders in totes and labeling
• Kitting and operating a standup forklift when needed to pull orders
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Performing general maintenance and housekeeping duties in the warehouse

What's Needed?

• Verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to perform physically intensive labor, including lifting up to 50 pounds
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in a manufacturing, transportation, or warehousing setting is desired but not required
• High school diploma or GED required
