Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an ARRT-registered Interventional Radiology Technologist with SCRQSA and BLS certification and at least 1 year of recent IR experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in an Interventional Radiology department within a hospital setting
• Day shifts Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
• Call required one night per week and one weekend every seventh weekend
• Role may require floating to other qualified units or campuses as needed
• Uses Epic EMR with at least one year of prior experience required
• Flexible contract lengths available from 13 to 26 weeks, including holiday coverage assignments
• Holiday contract candidates must work 2 out of 3 major holidays and are not permitted to take time off between 12/26 and 12/31 if assigned
• Pre-assignment modules are required and must be completed before starting
• Travelers must live more than 100 miles from the facility for full travel eligibility; those 50.0-99.9 miles away may be considered at a reduced rate and those under 50 miles are ineligible
• Structured orientation provided every Monday
• Modules are billable up to 16 hours and are recorded in official transcripts
• Team members must float only within their documented competencies

Requirements

• ARRT registration required
• SCRQSA certification required
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in Interventional Radiology
• At least 1 year of Epic EMR experience required
• License required if applicable
