Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Cath Lab Technologist with Cath Lab and Angio scrub experience, ARRT-R certification, and Oregon licensure.

Responsibilities

• Work in a Level I Trauma, teaching acute care hospital
• Cath Lab unit specializing in cardiac catheterization and angiography procedures
• Adult patient population
• Shift is 4x10 hour days, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• One weeknight of call per week and one weekend of call every 3-4 weeks
• Floating required within the site and across the system
• Epic EMR used
• Scrubs provided for Cath Lab staff
• Must complete any assigned education or modules within one week of starting the assignment
• No RTO in the first two weeks, and a maximum of 7 days RTO throughout the contract
• Personnel may be mandatorily canceled for one shift per two-week pay period in the event of low census
• Free parking is available in any unrestricted space
• Scrub attire is provided for Cath Lab staff
• Return staff must have a one-year separation before being eligible for rehire
• All travel candidates must live at least 50 miles from any affiliated facility to be considered

Requirements

• Minimum experience in both Cath Lab and Angio with scrub experience
• Current BLS, ACLS, and ARRT-R certifications required
• Active Oregon state license (OBMI) required or proof of application/fingerprints
• No felony background
• At least one recent reference from a charge, supervisor, or manager
• COVID vaccination card required with no exemptions
• License required if applicable
