Registered Nurse (RN) - Infection Prevention

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement infection control policies and procedures in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Conduct surveillance of healthcare-associated infections (HAIs) and analyze data to identify trends and risks.
• Educate healthcare staff on infection prevention protocols, including hand hygiene and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Investigate outbreaks of infections and recommend containment measures to mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote a culture of safety and infection prevention across the facility.
• Provide guidance on isolation precautions for infectious patients and ensure compliance with infection control guidelines.
