Job Description
The key responsibilities of the Project Manager include:
- Oversight of jobs up to $15M
- Communication with the client
- Communication with the site Superintendent
- Financial tracking, budgeting, and management
- Schedule management
- RFIs, Change Order Management, etc

The Successful Applicant
The successful Project Manager will have the following qualifications:
- Procore experience preferred
- MS Project experience
- Experience running 2 projects at once
- Lite Estimating experience for change orders
- 10+ Years of construction experience preferred
- Experience with projects up to $15M
- Experience with new construction and renovation construction preferred
