Responsibilities

The Tactical Networks Program Office (PMW 160), within Program Executive Office (PEO) Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I), provides cyber secure, accredited, and reliable integrated local and wide area networks (WANs) and foundation computing systems to support Navy, joint, and coalition forces across geographically dispersed locations. These networks enable critical command and control capabilities.
Noblis is seeking a

Senior Software Engineer

to provide software engineering support to include automating software installation and test processes.
Installing and building out enterprise multi-user networks.
Creating scripts using scripting language tools
Leading the development scripts for automation, integration and additional capabilities
Leading a team of software engineers
Software design solutions for future capabilities
Coordinating with functional leads in developing software solutions including cyber security network management and backup and recovery.
Design, delivery and execution of software solutions deployed in a naval environment with high availability.
Required Qualifications

Masters degree with 10+ years of experience in software development; or bachelors with 13 years of experience; or associates degree with 16 years of experience in in software development; or high school with 19 years of experience in software development.
Degree in quantitative fields such as engineering or mathematics (e.g. Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Systems)
Experience in Ansible, Python, PowerShell, and other scripting languages
Experience in commercial operating systems such as Microsoft, Cisco, VMWare and Linux
Experience in creating test plans, and testing software solutions
Experience in automation of scripts.
TS/SCI required
U.S. Citizenship is required
Agile or Scrum certification highly preferred
Desired Qualifications

Experience in Navy software programs
Experience with CANES and ADNS
Experience in developing ATO packages

Compensation is determined by education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, location, clearance level, and contract requirements. The posted salary range is USD $120,700.00 - USD $188,725.00 per year.
