Job Description

Manage all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Oversee on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, addressing any issues proactively. Facilitate effective communication between team members and stakeholders to ensure project success. Identify and mitigate potential risks to maintain project continuity and quality. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal construction regulations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have: proven experience managing construction projects within the property industry, a strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes, excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders, proficiency in project management tools and software, and a degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
