Job Description
American Traveler is seeking a Home Health RN with at least one year of recent experience, Oasis and HCHB EMR proficiency, and a WI or compact license.
Responsibilities
- Work in the home health setting serving geriatric patients
- Day shifts, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with on-call required every third to fourth weekend
- Typical caseload of 5-7 patients per day, confirm during interview
- Assignment territory may extend up to a 60-mile radius from the home office
- Travelers must be flexible with assigned territory
- HCHB EMR experience required
- iPad provided for documentation
- Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate
- Timely documentation and strong communication skills are essential
- Scrubs in any color are required; jeans are not permitted
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
- Local candidates accepted and will receive travel rates
Requirements
- Active WI or compact RN license required at time of application
- Minimum one year of recent home health RN experience required
- Oasis documentation experience required
- BLS certification required
- Experience using the HCHB electronic medical record system required
