Registered Nurse (RN)-PCU/Telemetry

Job Type:Full-time,Nights

Commitment Bonus(2-Year):$15,000 forDayShift, $20,000 for Night Shift

Shift Differentials:  Evening $2.50/hour / Night $4.00/hour / Weekend $1.50/hour

 

Department/Unit Summary

Join our team in a 22-bed Progressive Care Unit (PCU)/Telemetry unit with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5. We are staffed with RNs, CNAs, Telemetry Techs, and unit secretaries, providing specialized care for patients primarily diagnosed with respiratory failure and cardiac conditions. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment,utilizingadvanced cardiac monitoring technology to deliver high-quality patient care and ensureoptimaloutcomes for our diverse patient population.

Qualifications

• Qualifications and requirements
• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program required with a current unencumbered Registered Nurse License in North Carolina or from a Compact State.

Additionalrequirements include

• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) isrequiredwithin 30 daysofhire.
• AHA ACLS and AHA PALS arerequiredwithin six months ofhire. 
• Handle With Care within90 daysof hire 
• One year of experience preferred
