Responsibilities:

• Recruit, hire, train and develop a strong team of coaches and potential leaders.
• Maintain a fully engaged and high performing Personal Training/MMA team.
• Handles member service matters.
• Performs various administrative and housekeeping duties.
• Complies with operational procedures.
• Assists members and encourages their involvement in private training.
• Assists in all revenue generating activities.
• Sells training sessions.
• Responsible for achieving monthly revenue objectives.

Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of Personal Training techniques.
• A minimum of 1 certification from an organization recognized by UFC Gym is required.
• A minimum 1 year of related experience.
• Experience in management/employee relations preferred.
