Allied Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Opportunity:

MRI Tech - MRI RAD Tech

Job Details:

• Work four 10-hour night shifts: Sunday through Wednesday from 7:30 PM to 6:00 AM
• No on-call responsibilities required
• ARRT and NYSDOH license required at time of submission
• Perform technical procedures and assist in clinical evaluation and patient care
• Utilize MRI modality to create diagnostic images for patients
• Work in fast-paced Level I Trauma and Academic Medical Center environment
• Perform MRI exams on diverse patient populations including outpatients, inpatients, stable patients, and intensive care patients
• Conduct trauma and emergency room scanning procedures
• Perform specialized MRI-guided procedures and research patient scans
• Provide patients with safe and positive imaging experience
• Support teaching initiatives and continue learning as technology advances
• Work under direction of Medical Director, Section Head, Clinical Specialist, Manager, and Radiologist
