Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Neuro Endovascular Interventional Radiology Technologist with experience in neuro endovascular or neuro interventional radiology and relevant certifications.

Responsibilities

• Work in a neuro endovascular unit specializing in LVO stroke and cerebral aneurysm procedures
• This is a new specialty department seeking experienced staff to assist in department startup
• Procedures are performed under the guidance of an endovascular-trained neurologist
• Utilizes Neurointerventional Bi-Plane imaging and related vascular radiology equipment
• Day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Call required every other week
• Responsibilities include supporting LVO stroke and cerebral aneurysm repair cases
• Ensure proper selection and use of technical imaging factors and equipment for neurointerventional procedures
• Maintain professional standards and patient safety in invasive and non-invasive procedures
• Assist with establishing and maintaining a sterile field, patient preparation, positioning, lifting, and room turnover
• Active participation in surgical site verification and patient safety protocols is expected
• Emergency call coverage as scheduled

Requirements

• Current ARRT or NMTCB certification required
• BLS certification through AHA required
• SCRQSA certification preferred
• Demonstrated experience in neuro endovascular or neuro interventional radiology required
• Strong vascular radiology scrubbing and imaging skills required
• License required if applicable
