Hybrid in Charlotte, NC

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with experience in both front and back-end programming using modern technologies. This role involves supporting scalable, user-focused applications on Cloud platforms. Responsibilities include developing software and tools, as well as troubleshooting, debugging, repairing, and upgrading complex software applications. The position requires collaborative problem-solving, attention to design, and a focus on product quality.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a W2 basis. For our W2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $60 - $65 / hr. W2

Responsibilities:

• Translate application storyboards, stories, and use cases into functional software solutions
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation

Experience Requirements:

• 5-7 years related work experience.
• Advanced knowledge and aptitude in applicable computer systems, specifically Windows Server, Windows Workstation, and basic Linux knowledge.
• Proficient in JavaScript, including React.js and TypeScript.
• Proficient in Python.
• Proficient with Visual Studio Code IDE.
• Proficient working with GitHub in a shared environment.
• Working knowledge of Java, including its use, structure, and configuration.
• Working knowledge of C#.
• Working knowledge of AWS (Amazon Web Services) services and their application in a shared environment.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science.
