Job Title: Material Handler – Freight Forwarding Warehouse

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and dependable Material Handler to join our fast-paced freight forwarding warehouse team on the West Side of Oʻahu, HI. This full-time role involves early morning shifts and offers overtime opportunities, contributing to the smooth operation of our logistics and delivery services.

Responsibilities

Unload containers manually and with the use of forklifts.

Load trucks accurately and efficiently for scheduled deliveries.

Handle incoming and outgoing freight with care and attention to detail.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times.

Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.

Essential Skills

Prior warehouse or freight handling experience preferred.

Forklift experience required (certification a plus).

Ability to lift heavy items and work on your feet for extended periods.

Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work early morning shifts.

Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Steel toe shoes are required.

Once hired, employees will undergo forklift certification, which includes a 45-minute classroom session and a 1-hour practical evaluation.

Work Environment

The work environment is fast-paced with early morning shifts starting between 5am and 7am and ending between 2pm and 4pm. There is no hard end time, and overtime may be required to complete tasks. The facility is closed on Saturdays, with sample schedules provided that vary slightly throughout the week. Employees are required to wear steel toe shoes.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
