Warehouse Associate
Receives, stores, and distributes material, tools, equipment, and products within establishments by performing the following duties:
Essential Duties And Responsibilities Include The Following. Other Duties May Be Assigned:
- Reads, customer Delivery Pick order, work order, shipping order, or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.
- Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
- Marks materials with identifying information. Special Customer labels
- Record amounts of materials or items received or distributed.
- Weighs or counts items for distribution within plant to ensure conformance to company standards.
- Uses computer and RF scanner to enter records.
- Drives vehicle to transport stored items from warehouse to plant or to pick up items from several locations for shipment.
- Prepares parcels for shipping. Stage Pallets
- Performs cycle counts.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year experience driving a Picker or Reach Truck
- Able to lift 10-45 lbs on a regular basis
- Willing to work at heights of 25 feet or more while secured with a harness
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
Job is located in South McAllen. Shifts available are the following: 1st shift (8am-4:30pm) payrate is 14/hr 2nd shift (2:00pm-10:30pm) payrate is 15/hr
