🏥 Stepdown/PCU RN – Travel or Local Contract

Location: St. Joseph Hospital – Nashua, NH
Shift: Varied | 4x12 Hour Shifts (Days/Nights/Weekends Required)
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 48 per week
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Local Candidates Accepted: Yes ($10/hr lower local rate)

✅ Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse will provide direct and indirect care to PCU/Stepdown patients, utilizing the nursing process under physician direction. Responsibilities include patient assessments, monitoring, telemetry interpretation, care planning, and documentation.

🔍 Key Requirements:

• Education & Licensure:
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) – Required
  • Active New Hampshire RN license – Required
  • BLS and ACLS certifications – Required
  • NIHSS certification – Recommended
• Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years RN experience preferred
  • Stepdown/PCU experience required
  • Telemetry experience required
• Additional Details:
  • Navy blue scrubs required
  • Must be available every other weekend and holidays
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and critical thinking skills required
