Forklift Operator

### WE’RE HIRING FORKLIFT OPERATORS!  

Our client in Princeton, IL is looking for hardworking, motivated talent to join their team as Forklift Operators. Don’t wait—apply today!

What's in it for you?

• Pay Rate:  Day shift: $ 18/h and Night shift: $18.75/hr
• Shift schedule: Rotating schedule every 2 weeks.
• Employment Type: Full-Time, temporary assignment
• Paid overtime when required

What will you do?

• Safely operate forklifts and perform daily inspections
• Load and unload transport vehicles with accuracy and efficiency
• Monitor and track goods using warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Ensure workspace cleanliness and proper equipment storage
• Assist with general warehouse tasks, including inventory, sampling, and cleaning
• Adhere to strict safety protocols, guidelines, and emergency procedures

What you need:

• Previous forklift driving experience (highly preferred)
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Prior forklift certification (preferred)
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks
• Comfortable working around machinery and confined spaces
• Strong teamwork mindset, attention to detail, and communication skills
• Familiarity with warehouse environments and ability to work rotating shifts

Required Attire & Equipment:

• Steel-toe over-the-ankle boots (provided by worker)
• Hi-visibility hard hat, safety vest, safety eyewear, and gloves (provided)
• Long, durable pants (jeans preferred) and sleeved shirts
