Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and logistics industry, is seeking a Warehouse Lead to join their team. As a Warehouse Lead, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the logistics and supply chain functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Lead

Location: Milpitas, CA

Pay Range: $32 $37 / hour DOE

Shift: 8 am - 5 pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Coordinate the on-time shipment of tools by ensuring the right materials are available in the right quantities at the right time.
• Oversee stockroom operations, including shipping, receiving, picking, packing, storing, and distributing activities.
• Lead and motivate stockroom associates to meet productivity goals while fostering a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and best material handling practices, including forklift operation and equipment safety.
• Identify operational issues, propose process improvements, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to optimize stockroom efficiency.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma, Associates, or Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in materials management or warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and materials handling processes.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification and train team members accordingly.
• Strong coordination, communication, and team leadership skills.
