Warehouse Associate – Logistics & Supply Chain
Canton, GA 30114 | Direct Hire with great Benefits | ~ $20–$23/hr+ [~ $45-$48k+/yr] | Full-Time (M–F, 8am–5pm)
A growing company in the performance flooring and athletic facility space is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to join its logistics and supply chain team in Canton, GA. This is a direct hire opportunity with great culture, stability, and long-term potential. You’ll play a hands-on role in keeping warehouse operations running smoothly—from receiving shipments to managing inventory and preparing outgoing orders.
Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, store, and distribute goods
Assemble product components using basic hand tools
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (forklift certification required within 30 days)
Load and unload trucks, ensuring shipment accuracy
Conduct cycle counts and help with inventory audits
Maintain cleanliness and safety across the warehouse

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
Comfortable lifting 70 lbs and performing physical tasks throughout the shift
Strong attention to detail and computer/data entry skills
Good communication and ability to follow detailed instructions
Team player mindset and commitment to safety

Job Details

Pay: ~ +/- $20–$23 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
Type: Direct Hire
Location: Canton, GA (30114)
Background Check: 7-year history required
Drug Screen: 5-panel
Dress Code: Warehouse-appropriate attire
Remote Work: Not available – on-site only
