Location: New York, NY

Shifts Available:

• Day Shift: 7:30 AM 3:30 PM
• Evening Shift: 3:30 PM 11:30 PM
• Orientation: Mandatory, MondayFriday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM starting October 6th

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and enforce nursing department policies and procedures.
• Lead, coordinate, and evaluate nursing personnel within assigned unit.
• Conduct daily staff conferences to communicate updates and procedural changes.
• Ensure courteous and professional interactions with unit visitors.
• Collaborate with staff to maintain adequate supplies and equipment.
• Provide consultation and resolve immediate issues, escalating as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license with New York State licensure.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum 6 months of nursing experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
• Experience in care management and managed care.

Preferred Skills

• Case management

• EMR proficiency

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58.00 - $58.00/hr.
