Customer Service Representative - Call Center (Remote After Training)

Location: Columbia, SC
Pay Rate: $14/hour
Duration: 3-month contract

We're seeking Customer Service Representatives to join a dynamic team supporting transportation coordination for individuals with disabilities. *What You'll Do* As a CSR, you'll be the first point of contact for callers seeking assistance with transportation services. Your day will be split between handling calls and performing administrative tasks. Responsibilities include:

* Answering inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
* Scheduling trips and verifying eligibility for transportation services
* Processing picture IDs and handling customer requests
* Performing clerical duties such as faxing, data entry, and documentation
* Supporting ADA Core Services and other disability-based programs
* Providing receptionist coverage and managing office supplies and equipment
* Ensuring compliance with HIPAA and maintaining confidentiality
*What We're Looking For*

1+ year of call center experience required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Comfortable with data entry and administrative support
Commitment to providing excellent customer service
*Work Environment*
* Training: On-site at our office for the first 2 weeks
* After Training: Fully remote

*Pay and Benefits*
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
