Outpatient Physical Therapist WITH PELVIC HEALTH EXPERIENCE

Seeking a PT who can support female (required) and male (preferred) pelvic health diagnosis with referrals primarily from urology and OBGYN providers in the market. Therapist may cover other orthopedic patients in case load. Requesting 6-month contract.

Shift: Monday - Friday 5x8 (8am-430pm)
Daily Patient Load: 11
Years of experience REQ: 1 Year
First-timers accepted: Yes
Weekend REQ: As Needed

Cert & Licensure:
*Current license in the state of Arizona- Required
*BLS (American Heart Association) - Required

On Call REQ: No
Floating REQ: May be asked to float to surrounding Outpatient Clinics

RTO Restrictions: Unit Manager’s Approval Required
