Job Type: Full-Time | Temporary Agency Worker

Shifts & Pay Rates:
1st Shift (7:00 AM 3:30 PM)
- Assistant Operator: $15.00/hr
- Forklift Operator: $16.00/hr
2nd Shift (3:00 PM 11:30 PM)
- Assistant Operator: $15.75/hr
- Forklift Operator: $16.75/hr
3rd Shift (11:00 PM 7:30 AM, Sunday night Friday morning)
- Assistant Operator: $15.75/hr
- Forklift Operator: $16.75/hr
Requirements:
Forklift Operators must have:
- Forklift experience within the last 6 months
- Reach Truck experience (stand-up only)
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain
- At least 1 year of experience in a distribution center or large retail operation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills and warehouse system experience (SAP/PKMS preferred)
Assistant Operators must have:
- General warehouse experience including stocking, shipping/receiving, and returns
- Basic math skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities:
- Picking, packing, auditing, loading, replenishment, cycle counting, receiving/putaway
- Reporting equipment, inventory, or process issues
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Communicating effectively across departments
- Supporting team goals and providing feedback to leads and supervisors
Preferred Qualifications:
- Career Readiness Certificate (CRC)
- Familiarity with SAP or PKMS warehouse systems
- 23 years of direct operations experience
