Warehouse Worker

Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday Pay Rate: $14 - $16 /hr DOE Location: Fort Myers, FL Experience: 6+ months

Warehouse Worker Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving and Stocking: Unload incoming shipments, verify contents against packing lists, inspect items for damage, and accurately organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.

• Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.

• Inventory Management: Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory checks, reporting discrepancies to maintain accurate stock records.

• Quality and Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment. Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and OSHA standards.

• General Duties: Assist with loading and unloading trucks and perform general warehouse upkeep and cleaning tasks as needed.

Warehouse Worker Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Associate, Order Picker, or similar role preferred.

• Ability to read and follow written instructions and use basic computer or RF scanning technology for inventory tracking.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory counting.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
