Location: St. Louis, Missouri

Job Type: Contract to Hire

What You'll Do

• Achieve daily shipping and warehouse goals.
• Lead by example with a positive and supportive attitude.
• Schedule inbound and outbound shipments efficiently.
• Ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective distribution practices.
• Store and ship inventory per stock rotation policies.
• Train new employees, including forklift certification.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide real-time feedback to team members.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

What You Bring

• Proficiency in inventory systems and RF scanners.
• Forklift operation and material handling experience.
• SAP knowledge for inventory control and shipping/receiving.
• Ability to operate a pallet jack.

Bonus Skills

• Strong computer skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and SAP.
• Excellent math, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Work Environment

• 12-hour day shifts: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM
• Schedule: 4 days on / 4 days off
• Safety-focused environment with forklifts, pallet jacks, and GMP practices.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
