Job Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Home Health contract, requiring at least one year of experience and AHA or ARC certification.
Responsibilities
- Home health position covering York County with possible travel to Lancaster and Adams counties
- Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- No on-call requirements
- Weekend coverage varies according to the unit
- Care for home health patients, including potential COVID-positive individuals
- Uses Epic for charting; Epic experience is strongly preferred
- Candidate will be clinically screened for fit prior to interview and final selection
- Must be willing to work 2 out of 3 major holidays if needed
- Facility is tobacco and fragrance free
- Travelers will have mileage reimbursed at federal rates
- Applicants must live at least 50 miles from the facility to qualify for the travel rate
- Maximum of 7 days of requested time off permitted per contract
- Pairs accepted, but matching schedules are not guaranteed
Requirements
- Current Physical Therapist license required if applicable
- Minimum of 1 year of recent PT experience
- AHA or ARC certification required
- Ability to complete OASIS documentation is preferred but not required
- No license violations or disciplinary actions accepted
- Must be able to complete required onboarding modules before start
