Contact Center Representative

Our client, a leader in Health Services, is seeking a Contact Center Representative to join their team. As a Contact Center Representative, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Provider Network Team.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Austin, TX (Onsite)

Pay Range: $20/hour

What's the Job?

• Provide unbiased assistance to Medicaid providers and clients regarding eligibility, claims status, and program inquiries
• Respond promptly, courteously, and concisely to phone inquiries
• Document all interactions clearly in online logs
• Transfer callers to appropriate Call Center units as needed
• Meet individual performance and attendance standards

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 6 months recent experience in a high-volume contact/call center
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Experience with Microsoft Office (preferred)
• Must be available for any 8-hour shift between 7 AM and 7 PM
