From First Beep to Final Pallet
Here's what you'll need to knock it out like a pro.

High school diploma or GED required

2 years of related experience

Valid organizational forklift certification and ability to maintain it.

Experience with UPS WorldShip, FedEx, and/or DHL package shipping systems.

Proficient in forklift operation.

Stack and store merchandise in designated areas using a Stand-Up forklift, clamp, push-pull, or other powered equipment.

Pull, prepare, and repair products for shipment, ensuring the correct quantity and type of product is loaded.

Perform picking duties efficiently, meeting customer service standards.

Move products from staging and/or storage areas into trailers.

Operate all equipment safely and efficiently, following prescribed work methods.

Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure inventory control and security compliance.

Perform material handling and warehouse duties, including receiving, inspecting, storing, picking, shipping, and delivering materials.

Receive, unpack, and check goods against purchase orders or invoices; maintain records of received goods and reject unsatisfactory items when necessary.

Prepare and maintain records of merchandise shipped, including posting weights and shipping charges.

Prepare kitting packages for assembly or shipment.

Maintain inventory accuracy within established guidelines through data entry, cycle counting, and other procedures.

Perform general housekeeping, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and removing boxes and clutter from the work area.
