Shift & Pay

Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

$23.00 per hour

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional support to external customers via phone and email. This role requires excellent communication, organization, and computer skills to ensure all customer inquiries and service requests are handled efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email

Manage and organize a high volume of emails in a timely manner

Enter pickups and other customer requests accurately in the AS400/TMS system

Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal departments to ensure service excellence

Utilize Excel to track and manage customer or shipment data

Perform additional administrative or support duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Prior customer service experience required (transportation or logistics industry preferred)

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced office environment

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
