Warehouse Associate

Our client, a leading logistics and distribution organization, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the Distribution Center supporting daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Nampa, ID

Pay Range: $20 hourly

What's the Job?

• Prioritize and pick products to fulfill customer orders efficiently
• Operate powered industrial vehicles such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers in a safe manner
• Assist in verifying incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and completeness
• Organize warehouse stock by product line and physical layout to optimize space
• Perform periodic inventory counts and report damaged or outdated stock

What's Needed?

• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 50 pounds regularly
• Willingness to operate industrial equipment safely and maintain necessary licenses
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Basic administrative skills for handling paperwork and reports
