Retail Sales Associate

Insight Global is looking for a part time Retail Sales Associate to work for a new retail store/play area in the Mall of America. The main responsibility of this person will be to maintain a clean and safe environment for families to come to shop and play. Day to Day this person will be helping to provide an excellent customer experience and a positive environment for the customers. This person will be assisting in finding products, folding inventory and helping to maintaining the stores visual standards, processing transactions accurately along with other miscellaneous tasks.

Compensation:
$16/hr to $18/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
