• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals for optimal patient care
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment strategies and home exercises
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with facility policies
• Utilize assistive technology and alternative communication methods when necessary

• Education: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• License: Active New Mexico Speech-Language Pathology License (Must be submitted with application)
• Certifications: ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Experience: Minimum 1+ year of SLP experience (Travel experience preferred)
• EMR Experience: Familiarity with electronic medical records systems is a plus
