• Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (12-hour night shifts)

• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1,880 - $2,020 per week

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN license (required for all Massachusetts nursing jobs)
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (required)
• CPI or MOAB certification (required for ER nurse positions)
• Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience
• Proven ability to provide care for all age groups: pre-natal, neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
• Strong triage, assessment, and clinical decision-making skills
• Successful completion of onboarding health screenings and background checks

ER Nurse Responsibilities

• Triage patients based on acuity and clinical needs in a fast-paced emergency department
• Deliver immediate interventions for urgent and critical healthcare cases
• Perform ongoing assessment and monitoring of patient conditions
• Administer medications, treatments, and emergency procedures as required
• Educate patients and families on discharge instructions and follow-up care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Accurately document all care provided in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
